Finding Us:
We are located in the sleepy town of Great Wakering just outside of Southend On Sea Essex, on the grounds of Cupids Country Club, which is on MOD land. This is down a narrow lane with residential housing – so we would be grateful if you would respect our neighbours when entering and leaving the
site.
The site benefits from a club house that is open for us to use, where you can buy refreshments and a bite to eat. Toilets, Showers, Massive parking area,
with the addition of being able to camp on the land makes it perfect for us to host big events.

Racing Classes:
We mainly run electric off-road classes like:
- 1/10th Off-road buggies (2WD and 4WD)
- 1/10th Off-road Vintage (2WD and 4WD)
Also, we’ll run the following classes if participant numbers are high enough:
- 1/10th Stadium trucks
- 1/10th Short course trucks
- Losi 1/4 Promoto-MX Motorcycle
Important Rules:
We follow full BRCA rules regarding dimensions, weights, and the legality of motors and batteries.
Please note, all LIPO batteries must be charged in a recognised LIPO sack or bag while on-site – this is a strict rule for everyone’s safety.
We use professional Mylaps lap counting equipment, which includes personal lap counters (transponders or “PTs”). These need to be purchased
separately feel free to ask us for more info
(Note: We run MYLAPS RC4 3-wire Percy MYLAPS PTs, The old AMB’s or MRT PTx units will NOT work at our track.)
Membership:
NO Annual Club Membership: We run a strictly pay and play

Everyone that races MUST have a valid BRCA membership & should be purchased directly from the BRCA website.
Event Schedule:
The pitting area is next to the track, we have undercover pitting area with benches & electric, but please bring your own tables, chairs and extension leads for big events.
- Arrival: From
- Check-In: With Race-Control and pay race entry fee.
- Practice: Begins once the track is ready, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This is usually timed practice but can be open depending on participant numbers.
- Qualifying Heats: Three 5-minute heats to determine final placements*
- Finals: All racers participate, starting from a grid position*
